Method

The whole method, published.

Agencies call their process proprietary. Ours works better in the open: you can hold us to it, and you can take it to a competitor and ask if they do the same.

  1. Phase 00

    Prove it first

Before you pay anything: the free audit. We check what Google sees, what the AI assistants say about you, and where your current site loses calls. If a new site won't move those numbers, we say so and you keep the audit.

  2. Phase 01

    Blueprint

We map where your revenue actually comes from, read your competitors' sites for weaknesses, and draw the page structure before anyone touches a design tool. You approve the map.

  3. Phase 02

    Words before pixels

Every page gets its job and its words first. We write from your real reviews and the way your customers actually talk, and you read every line before it gets designed around.

  4. Phase 03

    The homepage prototype

We build your homepage completely, for real, first. It sets the design language for everything else, and it is the round where your feedback changes things cheaply.

  5. Phase 04

    Build-out

The approved design propagates across every page, along with the AI-readability checklist: structured data, the llms.txt guide file, crawler access, and answer-shaped content.

  6. Phase 05

    Launch and handover

We deploy to hosting that is in your name, hand you every login, and walk you through the handover file we started writing at kickoff. From that moment the site runs whether we exist or not.

Fourteen days covers phases one through five, counted from kickoff, as long as your content and approvals arrive on schedule. Most agencies quote four to twelve weeks; ours is shorter because the audit, blueprint, and words are finished before design starts.

What every page passes before you see it.

  • Rendered proof, not promises. Every page is screenshotted at phone and desktop sizes and inspected before you ever see it.

  • A fresh-eyes reading. The site gets reviewed cold, by a reader with no context, hunting for anything confusing, generic, or broken.

  • The owner test. It also gets read as your most skeptical customer would read it: every claim checked for whether it would survive a 30-second gut check.

  • The AI answer check. We ask the assistants who they would recommend for your trade in your town before we start, save the screenshots, and re-run the check for care-plan clients as the models update.

The AI-readability checklist.

AI readability, sometimes called generative engine optimization (GEO) or answer engine optimization (AEO), is the work of making a business legible to AI assistants: open crawler access, structured data, an llms.txt guide file, answer-shaped pages, and one consistent identity across the web. It does not buy recommendations; it makes a business readable and eligible to be one.

The five deliverables are listed, in plain language, on the homepage. Nobody honest can promise you an AI's recommendation; these make you readable and eligible, and we keep the receipts.
