Pricing
The price is on the box.
Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. Here is the whole flat-price web design offer: Sparrow builds a complete website of up to ten pages for $8,500 flat, live in 14 days from kickoff, and you own the site, the domain, the content, and every login.
- Price, flat
- Scope
- Up to ten pages. A page means a distinct address with its own job: home, each service, about, contact, and so on.
- Includes
- Structure and strategy, design, all the writing, photo sourcing, the AI-readability checklist, privacy-respecting analytics, launch, and a handover file written at kickoff.
- Revisions
- Two structured revision rounds: one on the homepage prototype, one on the full draft. Work beyond that is $250 an hour, quoted before it starts.
- Timeline
- Live in 14 days from kickoff, as long as content and approvals arrive on schedule. Waits on your side pause the clock; they never add cost.
Bigger than ten pages?
Quoted flat after the free audit, before you pay anything. The quote names its own page count and price, and every term on this page still applies.
What's deliberately not included
- Hosting and domain fees. You register and pay for these directly, in your own name. That's not a cost we're dodging; it's how you stay the owner no matter what happens to us.
- Logo and brand-mark design. We build with the brand you have. If you need a logo, we'll point you to people who do that well.
- Ad management and ongoing content marketing. Different job.
After launch: two ways, pick either.
A website care plan is a monthly service that keeps a finished site healthy: hosting management, software updates, small content edits, and monitoring, so problems get fixed before customers see them. Ours also includes the AI answer re-check with dated screenshots. It's optional; the site runs without us either way, and you never need a plan to keep what you bought.
- Monthly
- $300
- Covers
- Hosting management, platform updates, content edits (up to two hours a month), uptime and form monitoring, and the AI answer re-check with screenshots as the models update.
- Beyond the hours
- Bigger jobs bill at the member rate: $150 an hour instead of $250, quoted before work starts.
- Term
- Six months, then month to month. The site is yours with or without it.
- Rate
- $250 an hour
- How it works
- Email what you need. You get a quote in writing before any work starts, and an invoice after it ships. No plan required, ever.
Why not rent one for a monthly fee instead?
Because the meter never stops, and the paying never buys the thing. Monthly bundles look easier up front, and up front is the only place they win: whatever the rate, it runs forever, the site and domain usually stay behind if you ever leave, and the vendor gets paid whether or not your phone rings. One owner in our research paid his bundle for ten years, $16,000 in all, and the day he asked about leaving he learned none of it was his. $8,500 once buys the asset outright. The care plan is an optional service on top of a site you already own, never the rent that keeps it alive.
