The same terms we publish, in one place.
Plain language on purpose. Actual engagements are governed by a signed agreement that says these same things in longer sentences; if anything here ever conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
The build
$8,500 flat covers a website of up to ten pages: structure, design, all writing, photo sourcing, the AI-readability work, privacy-respecting analytics, and launch. Larger sites are quoted flat after the free audit, before any commitment. Logo design, hosting and domain fees (paid by you, in your name, by design), ad management, and ongoing content marketing are not included.
The 14-day clock
Fourteen days runs from kickoff and depends on you too: content, photos, and approvals need to arrive on the schedule we set together at the start. Days spent waiting on your side pause the clock. They never add cost.
Revisions
Two structured revision rounds are included: one on the homepage prototype, one on the full draft. Revision work beyond those rounds is $250 an hour, always quoted in writing before it starts.
Ownership
Everything built for you transfers to you on full payment: code, content, design. The domain and hosting are in your name from day one and never pass through ours. The handover file, written at kickoff, lists every account and how to run the site without us. The long version lives at the ownership page.
Care plan
$300 a month, optional, covering hosting management, updates, up to two hours of content edits, uptime and form monitoring, and the AI answer re-check. Work beyond the included hours bills at the $150-an-hour member rate. The plan runs in six-month terms, then month to month; the site is yours with or without it. Without a plan, hourly work is $250 an hour. Either way, every job is quoted in writing before it starts.
The free audit
Free means free: the audit is yours whether we ever work together or not. It comes as one email. No calls you didn't ask for, and your address is never sold. US businesses only.
